I could push the -parent artifacts out tonight (it's safe enough), but you'd still have to wait for it to sync to s3 -- so it's probably easier if you just check out forge-parent/tags/release-1.0.14 from the Forge and install it locally.
Very likely tomorrow or early next week we'll be pushing a big chunk of the Forge out of RC and make it available outside. We're waiting for QA/Fiona's go ahead.
