I think it's more "random" than science. Every few months we have this conversation and decide that everything should be on the mirror, then we go back to work. :)

I suspect it is a transient and once a few people wake up it will probably work again tomorrow. If need be I can get you the files needed to satisfy the ivy cache and let you build.
