Since the beginning of time, er, the DevConsole, the client DSO stats have been broken. All of them.
Summary: when using a SampledCounter, don't use getValue() but rather getMostRecentSample().getCounterValue(). The symptom of this mistake is a saw-tooth pattern cycling between 0 --> the-real-value. Now, once that is fixed, the client stats are still broken wrt Active-Active.
