Alternatively, if you don't mind using SNAPSHOTs, you can just use the
latest Terracotta 3.2.2-SNAPSHOT artifacts which are already published.
tc-maven-plugin:1.5.2-SNAPSHOT is linked to Terracotta 3.2.2-SNAPSHOT.
