We are seeking applicants for a Post Doctoral position in the broad area of Energy Systems and more specifically Smart Grids. The position is in the ISS4E (Information Systems and Science for Energy) Laboratory co-founded by Prof. S. Keshav (School of Computer Science) and Prof. Catherine Rosenberg (Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering) at University of Waterloo, Canada (http://blizzard.cs.uwaterloo.ca/iss4e).
A PhD. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, is required. Strong analytical skills and strong communications skills in English are also required. A prior knowledge of energy systems, distributed systems, and data analysis would be an asset.
