Dear colleagues, The first meeting of WiFiUS, Virtual Institute for Wireless Research between Finland and USA, will be held on 20th June 2012 in Stockholm, Sweden, in association with CrownCom 2012 Conference. The meeting is open for everyone interested. The objectives of the meeting are to bring together US researchers and researchers from Finland, as well as interested researchers from other countries, to discuss possible future international research collaborations in the field of wireless networks, with a focus on cognitive radio networks, as well as report on ongoing collaborations and projects. WiFiUS is partially funded by NSF, Tekes and The Academy of Finland. The meeting has no registration fee. In addition, participants of the meeting will enjoy a 50% discount in CrownCom registration. Participants in this meeting are also invited to submit a paper to the invited papers track at CrownCom (contact Prof. Min Song [email protected]). The paper abstract submission deadline is January 15, 2012 and the final paper submission deadline is February 15, 2012. Best regards and happy holidays.
