Postdoctoral Position in Systems and Networks at Clemson University in US

The Pervasive Communications Laboratory at Clemson University invites 
applications for a postdoctoral position in a broad area of Distributed Systems 
and Computer Networks, including P2P computing, Grid computing, Cloud 
computing, Social networks, Mobile computing and Wireless networks.

The responsibilities of this position include, but not be limited to:
●       Conducting independent and collaborative research in the areas of 
Distributed Systems and Computer Networks; 
●       Closely working with the project PI; 
●       Co-supervising project team members and research students with the PI 
on related projects;
●       Participation in conferences, seminars and other activities of the 
research group;

This position requires that the candidate hold a PhD in Computer Science or 
Computer Engineering, with strong analytical and implementation skills. Strong 
background in optimization techniques and modeling is also required.
A strong publication record in the related areas is desirable. A high 
communication ability in English writing and oral presentation is preferred. 

The term is 1 year with the possibility to renew contingent upon satisfactory 
progress.
