New Jersey Institute of Technology has launched a major faculty hiring initiative to support the university's mission-critical strategic research and technological innovation areas. In the first phase of this initiative, the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering seeks outstanding candidates to apply for tenured/tenure-track assistant/associate/full professor faculty positions starting in August, 2012. Specific areas of interest include but are not limited to: . Wireless sensors/sensor networks, sensor system design and sensor packaging, microelectromechanical systems (MEMs), optical MEMs, nano/bio sensors, nanophotonics and laser sensors (posting # 0600801). .
