OVERVIEW The Second International Conference on Communications and Information Technology (ICCIT 2012) will be held in Hammamet, Tunisia during June 26-28, 2012. It solicits the workshop proposals on new and emerging topics in the areas of computing, networking and communications. The workshop organizers will be responsible for calling for papers, forming program committees, reviewing and selecting papers, as well as defining the technical program and workshop format. The logistics such as registration, catering, room allocation and audio/visual devices will be handled by the ICCIT conference organizers. ICCIT 2012 features workshops on June 26-28, 2012 at the conference venue, and the proceedings of the ICCIT workshops will be published by the conference proceedings and the IEEE Xplore® (IEEE Digital Library), with a page limit of 6 pages. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS A workshop should focus on a specific theme of current interest that can attract high- quality submissions. The proposal should include the following information: 1. Title of the workshop 2. The names, full contact and a short bio of the workshop organizers 3. A statement of the workshop’s objective and scope 4. A short description of the workshop topic and themes 5. Planned format, preferred date and duration of workshops 6. A tentative list of TPC members 7. A draft of Call for Papers PROPOSAL SUBMISSION Workshop proposals should be no more than five pages in length (10pt with reasonable margins) and must be in PDF written in English. The proposals should be sent to workshop chairs via email.
