>>> CALL for WORKSHOP PROPOSALS

A great part of the INCoS 2012 activities are workshops focusing on the various 
topics relevant to the conference.
Workshops are expected to encourage researchers' networking, sharing, 
exchanging, discussing, and maturing new exciting ideas, to enable new 
collaborations and incubate new communities. We encourage proposals for 
innovative, well-focused workshops on a broad spectrum of topics.

>> Please notice:
(a) All accepted workshop papers will be included in INCoS 2012 Proceedings 
published by IEEE CPS (indexed by IEEE Xplore).
(b) Workshop organizers are eligible for support by INCoS 2012 with an amount 
"proportional" to the number of submissions (the support will be precised after 
the conference registration process has finished).

Colleagues interested in organizing a workshop in conjunction with the INCoS 
2012 Conference are kindly requested to:

a) Review the topics of interest for the Conference available at 
http://voyager.ce.fit.ac.jp/~incos2012/information.html
b) Review the announced workshops at: 
http://voyager.ce.fit.ac.jp/~incos2012/workshops.html
c) Prepare a document with a workshop proposal description including the 
following sections:
--  Workshop Title
-- Abstract
Please provide a 300-word abstract that summarizes the theme and goals of the 
workshop.
-- Organizers
Please provide the list of workshop organizers and short information about 
their background and affiliation. Workshop organizers are responsible for 
creating the workshop website, disseminating the workshop Call for Papers, 
organizing the review of paper submissions, running the workshop.
-- Contact Person
A contact person (among organizers) should be specified.
-- Activities and format
Please describe the format of the workshop and provide a tentative timetable 
(full or half day workshop, etc.).
-- Special Requirements
Please identify any special requirements you might need, in terms of room 
configuration, audio and video equipment, etc.

>> Selection process
The workshops will be selected based on the quality of the proposals and 
according to the time and space available.
