Here is an idea for the future Infocom co-chairs The current situation is that the TPC is very large and this makes the review process 'somewhat' random due o the lack of coherency. With the current Infocom size this seems unavoidable (maybe someone has a good idea - I don't). However, another problem with the review process is that some people (too many) tend to delay their reviews to the last days before the deadline and then devote insufficient time for each review. So why not increase the committee even more, give each TPC less reviews, and hopefully increase the average quality of the reviews.
