Call for Program Committee Members-NETCOM 2012 Hi, The Fourth International Conference on Networks & Communications is to be held Chennai, India on December 22~24, 2012. NETCOM 2012 provides an international forum for sharing knowledge and results in theory, methodology and applications of Computer Networks & Data. In order to maintain high quality, the acceptance rate is less than 20%. Papers published in the past have received enormous citations. NETCOM was ranked as ERA Level C conference as per the Australian Research Council (ARC) in 2010.
