The 13th IEEE International Conference on Communication Systems (ICCS 2012)
will be held in Singapore from 21 to 23 Nov 2012. This year, ICCS 2012 is
co-organized by the IEEE Communications Society Singapore Chapter,
the IEEE Vehicular Technology Society Singapore Chapter,
the IEEE Singapore Section, and the Institute for Infocomm Research (I2R),
with the participation of academics and researchers from
the National University of Singapore (NUS). ICCS 2012 is jointly organized
and financially co-sponsored by the IEEE Communications Society
Singapore Chapter,
the IEEE Vehicular Technology Singapore Chapter, and the IEEE Singapore Section.
ICCS 2012 is technically co-sponsored by IEEE Communications Society.
