ICNC 2013 Internet Services and Applications (ISA) Symposium , San Diego, USA.

The Internet Service and Applications Symposium will focus on the broad area of 
topics related to aspects of Internet services (Quality of Service, routing, 
security, multicasting, web applications) and Internet application design 
(cloud storage, smart phones, etc.). Of special interest are papers reporting
