GENERAL INFORMATION This is the 27th Edition of the International Conference on Information Networking (ICOIN), which was originally started under the name of Joint Workshop on Computer Communication in 1986. ICOIN 2013 will take place in Bangkok, Thailand, under the organization of Korea Institute of Information Scientists and Engineers (KIISE). ICOIN 2013 looks for your valuable contributions to the computer communications, wireless/mobile networks, and converged networks in the theoretical and practical aspects. TOPICS Authors are invited to submit original unpublished manuscripts that demonstrate recent advances in computer communications, wireless/mobile networks, and converged networks. All accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings of ICOIN 2013.
