Hi, all, It's that time again - the time when we're all pestered to vote for new TCCC officers.
I would like to encourage *everyone* on this list to vote, especially since the entire slate of current officers (myself, Xiaoming, and Martin) are stepping down this year. Please help show your support for the new officers in advance, and for the work we've done in the past few years, by voting. It helps show everyone we care about the future of TCCC. Some context, for any new to the list: TCCC elects all its officers every two years. Unlike some other TCs, we don't "shift" officer positions, which gives the entire community a chance to participate in TC governance more frequently. We have a very full slate of candidates this year, and our ranking voting system (IRV) ensures that there are no "throw-away" votes - pick your preferences, in order, for each office, and the system will ensure that your vote will count as intended.
