 SCOPE
In recent years, we have witnessed the promotion of the intelligence of
vehicles thanks to the advancements in sensing technology and wireless
communications. Vehicles today are becoming safer and more driver-friendly.
Workshop on Vehicular Sensor and Ad-hoc Networks (VeSANs) creates an
environment for researchers to report their latest research results, ideas,
developments, and applications in the area of Vehicular Sensor Networks and
Vehicular Ad hoc Networks that will contribute to a better driving experience
to drivers.

Workshop Topics (include but are not limited to the following):
・ Vehicle-to-Infrastructure Networking
・ Vehicle-to-Vehicle Networking
・ Inter-Vehicle Communications
・ Vehicular Social Networking
・ Vehicular Sensor Data Mining
・ Traffic Sensing and Monitoring in VeSANs
・ Communication Protocol Design in VeSANs
・ Network Management in VeSANs
・ Safety Issues in VeSANs
・ Security and Privacy in VeSANs
・ Applications of VeSANs

All workshop papers will be EI-indexed and appear in IEEE Xplore database.
Extended versions of selected papers will be considered for publication in
International Journal of Distributed Sensor Networks (SCI-Indexed Journal)
Special Issue.

SUBMISSION PROCEDURE
Submitted papers must represent original material which is not currently under
review in any other conference or journal and has not been previously
published. Paper length is up to 6 pages without overlength charges, and a
maximum of 2 extra pages will be allowed with an overlength charge of US$50.00
per page. Papers should be written in English following the IEEE CS format.
Further instructions on the formatting and paper templates can be found at:
