Folks,It is my pleasure to announce that R. Srikant (University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign) will be taking over as Editor-in-Chief for the IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking (ToN) on July 1st, 2013.
Srikant has a longstanding involvement with ToN and brings tremendous skills, enthusiasms and energy to the position. I am very much looking forward to see ToN continue to grow and improve under his leadership.
