Sailors, Every 4 years the Racing Rules of Sailing are updated. World Sailing (Formerly ISAF) manages this. I have place links and files for these rules and others in our Rules Folder at http://www.austincats.net/files. The link to World Sailing also has documents to show what rules have changed.
I recommend anyone racing to review your rules regularly. There are apps available for your phone.
