I also spoke to my agent here in Clear Lake. The minimum premium for 
coverage as stated by Chubb is $1200. However once you actually complte an 
application they send back a quote.
It must be a non profit, not necessarily a 501(c)3. 

We are going to try and get a better rate next year but if we had not put 
the insurance in place when we did, Hill Country would have been cancelled 
due to the time it would take to go through a different agent. We made the 
decision to get insurance in place so racing could resume. We hope to get 
it cheaper next year, nut there is no guarantee.
