Yeap, after the 2 (or is it 3?) years break from Minho Campus Party, the 'Portugal Campus Party' is not gonna happen, due to lack of participants (and in Batalha? Now! C'mon, it's not even in Leiria, the district capital! Lisbon anyone ?) Now, you (organizers, press people, marketoids, etc) should forget the Campus Parties, it's over, move on to new things. Forget the 'all-you-geeks-come-right-here-to-download-porn-all-day', you should do the more technical ones, like Shift, HackDay (think 5 days hack on a Lisbon Hotel), TakeOff (with real products/services ;) ). Forget also the ones that are only for show-off (Java on Demand, SITIC and so on), it's for John Doe's that doesn't give a fuck to technology. Wanna make something happen in Lisbon?
