Now this is intriguing ...

In this year of Vantagem+ Security conference and workshop [1],
Accenture will be speaking on behalf the Portuguese Citizen Digital
Card, of which and as far as I know isn't yet on full production, but
still working on 'test' components; in the APDSI OpenSource Conference
[2], Pedro Nunes of UMIC told us that the Interoperability and Service
Framework where the Digital Card depends upon, is still on test mode and
soon will be on production.

So, this is quite awkward, where in one hand the Digital Card is a
portuguese Government prime security project and in the other, a local
consultant company (which acts as a contractor for the Government) will
be addressing his first security details at a conference, or at least I
hope, it will be just a mist of conjunctions and speculation, due to the
project security details and particularities.
