- I've just said this on my last year on CGD (3 years ago); Call Centers
are the new phishers marketplace

One of the big problems is that when you access the callcenter and
authenticate yourself, you're giving access to your account details to
that assistant. For the USB and file sharing problem, the solution is
old; terminal and remote desktop clients, no drives, just the earphone
plug.

- IRON (Internal RObustNess) file systems

A very good 2006 essay from Vijayan Prabhakaran
(http://pages.cs.wisc.edu/~vijayan/), which details
and benchmarks ext3, ReiserFS, JFS, XFS, and NTFS.
