... I would do a formal complaint to Apple Inc for the greedy stupidity of Vodafone and Optimus on the iPhone plans and data traffic. They're screwing the Apple (fan) market, they don't understand the concept, neither the consumer needs for someone that uses for real the device. I know that the portuguese market is all about SMS and MMS, mobile internet is new and not everyone gets it right. Its better a 3G dongle, for sure, but iPhone is about the WOW experience, which is using video, photos and music, always online. It's a mobile device, not the regular text or voice device. The MNO (Mobile Network Operator) don't get it, so they launched an over greedy and obscene data plans and prices for such device.
Local resellers and distributors don't receive a dime for iPhone and can't sell it, but they have for quite a long time customers, fans and people that love Apple for the WOW experience. It's their market, so this greedy iPhone experience will (for sure) hit them any time.
