* Computer is the network * Grid computing is the future SUN is one of those companies with great ideas, just before everyone was thinking about making web applications, they were already saying that the network will be the future. After that and long before Amazon Web Services, SliceHost or even utility computing, SUN was selling their hardware as Grid Computing - remember zones? the hot-plug of SUN motherboards ? brilliant pice of hardware!
Those 2 predictions are just right, we can't live without network and every single infrastructure will be one large virtualized service. The problem is that SUN is not on this bandwagon...
