For those reading my blog, should already know that since 2007 me and Celso Pinto, started our own company http://7syntax.com and on January 2008 began working on http://handivi.com , our product for mobile phones.
To keep it short and simple, it's a mobile service, that runs as a mobile application and a website, helping people all around the world to share experiences with family and friends, by telling life's short moments with text or photos. It's a free service for most regular users and has a premium service with a quite nice bundle of features; like address book backup and restore, unlimited space for photos and friends. You can learn more about it here: http://handivi.com/help/about We're targeting everyone with a phone, which would like to share what they've been doing, so the application only runs - for now - on J2ME supported devices. Basically with handivi we're trying to solve the most commonly problems when sharing stuff on mobile phones; device space limitations, difficult to use, not having full mobile integration and people can't be in touch with the ones they want. As our pitch says: "handivi is all about you sharing experiences with your family and friends. It's a free, easy to use service where everyone can get involved in, see and share life's short moments with a mobile phone, communicating firsthand with photos or text, from anywhere. Expand your social awareness ... and creativity, right now!" So, join me there: http://www.handivi.com/15 Opening handivi is one major milestone for the whole team, that had been working hard to get handivi out. Celso, Ruben, Nuno and Hugo, you guys rock! Now, let's get back to work ;-) Blog post @7syntax blog: http://7syntax.com/blog/2009-02-20-now-open-welcome-handivi //VD _______________________________________________ tce mailing list [email protected] http://lists.paradigma.pt/mailman/listinfo/tce
