I haven't written for quite a while here, since I've been engaged into
something else (more detail bellow), so here's a quick round up for
stuff that happen:
- 10 April -
o Our lead mobile hacker, Ruben Fonseca, given us an easter gift:
handivi was seen to run on iPhone: http://blog.handivi.com/
o Weeks before, handivi team just pulled a great stunt; rss feeds,
friendly profile urls, open API, twitter/facebook/flickr integration
are few features that came public. They're really kicking asses
everyday and you should expect more news soon now.
- 6 April -
o Mobile Monday Portugal third meeting/event, where WIT showed their
LiveTV application for iPhone and where we talked about iphone
disruptive capabilities, skype to rule or not voice on mobile carriers
and Diogo - MoMoPT co-founder - talked about the initiative. It has
been common to have first a MoMoPT talk before anything else, since
we're getting new people every time, which is wonderful and proves
that people want these kind of meetings. Next one is on 4th May and
we're looking for speakers.
- 4 & 5 April -
o KickStart (mini) MBA from Mário Valente, a guy that I really admire
and had the pleasure and honor to work with at the Ministry of
Justice. I've already talked about the first day, but the most
relevant was definitely the second day, a full day getting marketing,
finance, tactics, strategies, business plan and whatnot for startup
business. The first day dinner was with Paulo Laureano, another guy
that I admire, founder of MrNet and long time friend; Patrick Van der
Valk was the second dinner guest, which gave us is huge experience on
NASDAQ, California and startup tips. Bottom line, it exceeded my
expectations! Wish I could take it before started 7syntax, but better
late than never.

o Stay tuned for the next alt.prt.sc episodes, we've interviewed him
about SeedCapital.
Overall, I'll be quitting twitter and show more love in this blog, it
has been my virtual home for 4 years now and deserves better.
