I have a version of tclhttpd from the Scriptics cvs repository.

I configured and built it using Tcl 8.3 .

I then did an install on the code and then did:

$ tclsh8.3 /projects/xopsrc/bin/httpd.tcl       &
No thread support
No SNMP support
Running with 256 file descriptor limit
httpd started on port 8015

Then I tried to access the server:

$ lynx http://machine:8015/

which results in the page:
                                      Httpd_Error: 403

   Got the error Permission denied
   while trying to obtain /.

So it appears in some ways that the server is running. However I am not
getting at the pages that I expected to see.

I am uncertain where to start. With earlier versions of Tcl and tcl-httpd
doing this seemed to work. So I must be doing something rather silly.

Any suggestions?
