The 3.0 release of TclHttpd will have SSL support, as long as you supply
your own "TLS" Tcl extension and your own crypto library, either from
RSAREF or OpenSSL. You can get this version from the scriptics CVS repository
now, or wait until a more formal release next week in conjunction with
Tcl/Tk 8.3.1
