I was experimenting with Doc_AddRoot and tried by change following URL:
http://....:8015//etc/passwd
Bingo!!
Complete passwd file appears on screen.
Problem did not appear with tclhttpd2.3.7!!
Further: This is rather an unusual case till now.
Think about it how to proceed in the future.
Who has to be notified in such a case?
I send this message also to the mailing list because I think people must be informed
about this.
The only question is: Who and when people get informed.
E.g.:
Scenario 1:
All at once with the help of tclhttpd-mailing list.
Scenario 2: You and/or scriptics support. Off course without making it public.
You create a patch and inform all people on the mailing list.
Scenario 3: ...
My setup is:
Solaris2.5.1
Tclhttpd3.0.1 without Threads
Running with tclsh 8.3.1
P.s.
Did not get Doc_AddRoot working. Has this feature been removed. If not, how and where
in tclhttpd.rc file I can set additional docroots.
