Hi all, I'd like to announce the release of Infocetera (it used to be called Infocoll). Infocetera is a comprehensive web based information management and group collaboration tool. You can see it in action at http://www.infocetera.com. It is written in Tcl using the tclhttpd web server (version 2.3.7 - I haven't tried the 3.0 version yet).
