wrong # args: should be "source fileName"

I'm trying to run a virgin download of tcl-httpd on NT4 and I get the above
error "while executing "source C:/Tim/........./lib/httpd.tcl" ("package
ifneeded" script) invoked from within "package require httpd 1.5" (file
"C:\Tim\..............\bin\httpd.tcl" line 145)".

I'm using NT4 SP5, tcl8.2 (just tried tcl8.3.2 as well), httpd3.2 (also
httpd3.0.3), thread2.1 with the same results with all versions.

Any suggestions, please? Thanks very much in advance.
