You have a couple of options. You could get the most recent stable
version (1.1.1 currently) and recompile it using the --with-tcl=PATH
and give it a path to tcl8.0.5. That will work but may not be needed
as long as the binary interface did not change between the tcl 8.0.X
releases (I do not think it has). Tcl Blend 1.2 does not currently work
with Tcl 8.1 as I have not had time to work on it. In the future the
1.2 version of Tcl Blend will compile with Tcl 8.1 but more work needs
to be done to track down some threading problems. If you would like
to work on getting Tcl Blend working under Tcl 8.1 I would be happy
to tell you how to get started. A "free software" project like
Tcl/Java needs users to get involved in order for it to be a success.
