This is just a follow up to the notes posted earlier about Tcl Blend
with JDK 1.1.7 under Linux. I just noticed that Tcl Blend 1.2.2 will
crash on my debian linux 2.1 system if the following commands are
entered.
package require java
set f [java::new java.awt.Frame]
$f show
This is very strange because I know this works on a RedHat system.
By the way, I was using the lesstif workaround for Tcl Blend. I
have not tried the same thing using motif so that might work.
I also am running kernel 2.2.7 so I will have to do some more
testing to see if things work correctly under a 2.0 kernel.
