You need the source release for Tcl and Tcl Blend. Untar them
in a directory and then configure and build Tcl followed by
Tcl Blend. Detailed build directions are located in the README
files that come with Tcl Blend. I think you can use Tcl Blend
in Tcl Pro (once you compile it), but I would stick with
the source release if I were you (mixing precompiled binary
files with new binaries is kind of tricky).
