Thats odd, I just did a checkout from the anon CVS and it ran
the test cases just fine for me. You are using the tcljava/unix/configure
script and not the tcljava/configure script, right? The tcljava/configure
script is not really supported in version 1.3. It "sort of" worked in
version 1.2 but only for Tcl Blend. One of the things on my todo list
is to replace the existing tcljava/configure script with
tcljava/unix/configure and make it build under cygwin. Then I can
remove the unix and win build systems and just have one, which will
make life a lot easier.
