I've released Tcl today, but didn't commited changes to SF, sorry. I'll do this at Monday.
One of the things I fixed is --no-usestubs option I'm inclining to revert default to --no-usestubs, as long as some Linuxes are reported to break (while passing tests okay due to some PERL_DL_NONLAZY=1) Its pity the bug still not fixed, I beleive we should default to more robust configuration.
