Well I have no idea. All the strange failures occurred within two-minutes
period. There might have been some network problem or something. IMO they
are tester problem and we could just ignore it. :)

I think 'open(...) or die' did not work should be an issue of Strawberry
Perl. I have filed a ticket for it. https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/
