It looks as if there are scheduled public meetings to talk about the
proposed bus changes. Here's the gist:
"Transit staff will present proposals to deal with service reductions and a
fare increase to the Council prior to public hearings. These proposals will
be announced no later than March 21. After the public has weighed in on the
proposals, staff will make recommendations to the Council based on customer
and community participation. Public comments will be accepted until 5 p.m.
on April 19."
