Here's an idea. Cars used by people committing a crime (prostitution, buying
drugs, etc.) are confiscated. Does that mean that buses can also be
confiscated when they are used for transportation by criminals? :)

considered class warfare, and where it is understood that the criminals are
the ones waging warfare against the poor.
