PLAN NOW FOR CLIMATE CHANGE IN MINNESOTA, SCIENTISTS SAY
Minnesota needs to begin planning now for the effects of global climate
change, according to scientists who met Thursday at the University of
Minnesota. The first step may be better monitoring of the subtle changes
that are already occurring due to warmer temperatures.
