I think it is highly inappropriate for NWA to dispute funds for noise
abatement promised for years and then convince the MAC to put in
additional gate capacity.  Does anyone know if the savings from refusing
the upgrades is going towards this plan?

Should we sacrifice the promised upgrades because of this 'new airline
economy?  Should we be backing a company so heavily that had a recent
record quarter on ridership but still lost 2 million a day?[1]
