I've recently heard, that something is happening on I-394 in which motorists are being allowed to purchase access to the sane lane.
I was aware of the debate, but missed the fact that this was being implemented (or simply forgot, I'm getting old).
Did this pass the last legislative session?
Any MN-DOT links where I can get more info about how this is being implemented?
