Web forums are tough to get rolling. They usually see a ton of activity as people join, and then it grows quiet. The trick is that despite what many people say (make the info available and I'll go get it when I need it), these sharing resources work best when information is PUSHED out to the membership (thus why mailing lists and blogs with RSS feeds do well).
