I'm not a PhotoShop person at all, so I asked our multimedia specialist,
and he added some more information to what Al said. If you choose File >
Automate > Batch, you can choose to do the same action on all open
files, all files in a particular folder, and such. However, you will
need to define the action of saving as .GIF so that you can choose to
perform it on the batch. There's a way to record a macro for that
particular action. Contact me off-list if you need more information, and
