I'm not a PhotoShop person at all, so I asked our multimedia specialist, and he added some more information to what Al said. If you choose File > Automate > Batch, you can choose to do the same action on all open files, all files in a particular folder, and such. However, you will need to define the action of saving as .GIF so that you can choose to perform it on the batch. There's a way to record a macro for that particular action. Contact me off-list if you need more information, and I can put you in touch with him. Donna ______________________________________________ Are you a Help Authoring Trainer or Consultant?
