Check out Writer's Market.  It lists just about every paying and 
non-paying writer's market in the universe...okay, maybe on Earth.  I 
used it a lot back when I freelanced full time and wrote everything from 
shorts to features.  You can usually find copies at your local library, 
or you can get a copy online (http://www.writersmarket.com).

Hint: The library is a lot cheaper than joining Writer's Market. The 
library copy may be a year or two old, but it has URLs where you can get 
the latest writer's guidelines and submission information.
