Our client is looking for a highly skilled candidate with excellent knowledge in developing, enhancing, and maintaining user documentation for multiple applications including documentation required for the operations provider. The candidate must be able to develop on-line source documentation as appropriate; maintain documentation libraries and subscription lists. Identify, create, revise, and maintain documentation and templates needed by the Application Teams. Ensure appropriate control access/use of documentation materials. Maintain application and user documentation. Ensure messages and terminology is consistent across all written materials. The key skills and requirements are the hands on experience in technical grant writing, data conversions/migration experience, and IT systems analysis. This is at minimum a 12-month contract position.
