Yes! In fact, you wrote very clearly on the matter.
I previously asked non-STC members to tread lightly on the Connecticut Chapter blog. I think I'd prefer non-STC members to post on your blog -- which doesn't mean I'll reject or delete non-STC comments, just a thought. Linda Oestreich posted that communication about "auto assign" would help, so I posted on www.stcforums.com as well. Certainly, whether the Connecticut Chapter BOD gets its way or not, it cannot hurt to tell about this "auto assign" feature so members know it's out there. (As an aside, the only thing about this that bugs me--that I do not now grin wickedly about--is the seeming lack of respect STC staffers have for elected STC officials. On numerous occasions, and once in specific response to seeing--two workdays in advance the initial version of the STC email--I pointed out that this is not about the complaint of one Connecticut Chapter member but is about the position of the past and current Connecticut Chapter Presidents and the Connecticut Chapter BOD. Nevertheless, the STC staff in their email still hung this on one member, effectively dismissing the STC BOD and the president.) I did leave you a note in the CT chapter blog, though. http://techcommdood.blogspot.com Bill DISCLAIMER: Important Notice ************************************************* This e-mail may contain information that is confidential, privileged or otherwise protected from disclosure.
