In U.S. usage, commas and periods always go inside the closing quotation mark, regardless of whether they belong. Sorry if I was confusing.
So, U.S. is this: "Tree Sloth," "Fish Stick," and "Ocelot." U.K. is this: "Tree Sloth", "Fish Stick", and "Ocelot".
