I've had someone ask me to help him take his seven-page resume down to two pages. He wants to know how much I would charge, but I have no idea because I haven't done this freelance before. I'm thinking of telling him $250 for paring it down, editing it, and giving it back to him in Word and PDF. Does that sound reasonable? He's located in Utah while I'm in Michigan, so there's a geographical factor that may or may not make a difference.
